Job summary

Walk-On's is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishes and cookware, ensure a clean dish room, and set up/break down dish machines daily. Emphasis on safety, HACCP adherence, and team collaboration throughout busy shifts.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable with wet floors and high heat. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise.
• Detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices.
• Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship‑ready.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, and silverware.
• Monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards for safety and quality.
• Help keep the kitchen moving—assist teammates and stay flexible during busy shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.

• Be the backbone of the kitchen—wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware so the team can keep serving up the win.
• Keep the dish room spotless—trash emptied, floors mopped, cans cleaned, and everything in its place.
• Set up and break down dish machines daily, making sure everything is operating safely and correctly.
• Pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and more—nothing leaves your station dirty.
