Responsibilities

• WASH, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware for the team.
• Keep the dish room spotless—trash emptied, floors mopped, cans cleaned.
• Set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe operation.
• Pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, and silverware.
• Monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards for safety and quality.
• Assist teammates, stay flexible, and hustle through busy shifts.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Be the backbone of the kitchen—wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware so the team can keep serving up the win.
• Keep the dish room spotless—trash emptied, floors mopped, cans cleaned, and everything in its place.
• Set up and break down dish machines daily, making sure everything is operating safely and correctly.
• Pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and more—nothing leaves your station dirty.
