Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our Food and Nutrition Services at Bartow Medical Center. You will help provide meals to patients and guests, maintain a sanitary kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of trays and catering orders.

The role is full-time with daytime shifts and on-site work at the Bartow Medical Center location. This position emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and adherence to safety standards while supporting daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience in food services or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.
• Prepare and deliver patient trays or catering events as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.
• Receive and store deliveries using FIFO principles.
• Act as liaison between patients, guests, physicians and Food and Nutrition Services.

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our patients, team members, and families by joining our food services team.

This position is for dishwasher/utility.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
