Job summary

Westminster Retirement Community in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly dishwashing associate to support our dining operations. You will set up and wash dishes, maintain clean work areas, and help store and transport utensils across shifts.

The role requires basic customer service skills and reliable weekend/evening availability. Candidates with experience in retirement facilities or hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or retirement facility.

• Performs dish and pot washing.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.

• Sets up the dish and pot washing areas.

• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Cleans floors, walls, hoods, vents, and mats.
• Some weekends and evening shifts required.
