Job summary

Westminster, an established retirement community in Austin, TX, is seeking a dishwashing associate who can maintain clean, sanitary kitchen spaces and support a fast-paced dining operation.

You will set up and clean dish areas, wash pots and dishes, and help with general kitchen sanitation while complying with safety procedures. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, with competitive pay and benefits. Westminster values diversity and equal opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or retirement facility.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the dish and pot washing areas.
• Performs dish and pot washing.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Cleans floors, walls, hoods, vents, and mats.
