**Job Summary:**
The Dishwasher is an essential member of our kitchen staff, responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and countertops.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and glassware for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist with the removal of waste and garbage from the kitchen area.
- Help prepare cooking ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables as needed.
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
