Job Summary:
The Dishwasher is an essential member of our kitchen staff, responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations and help maintain a neat and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and countertops.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and glassware for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist with the removal of waste and garbage from the kitchen area.
- Help prepare cooking ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables as needed.
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Support kitchen staff with any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
