Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow during dishwashing
• Practice food safety and sanitation
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
• Clean the restaurant regularly
• Manage dish execution pace and organization
• Understand and operate the dish machine and chemicals
• Change water and chemicals as needed
• Keep floors clean and dry
• Ensure plates and smallware are clean
• Inspect food receiving, preparation, and storage areas for safety
• Report unsafe practices or conditions to management

Requirements

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Team player
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs
• Good vision and ability to work in hot/cold environments
