Schulte Hospitality Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dynamic, service-minded Dish Steward to support our fast-paced kitchen operations. You will help sanitize dishes, maintain the dish area, and keep storage organized while assisting with other restaurant duties as needed.

Formación

• High School education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is required

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Performs various other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
