Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Wallingford, CT is seeking a dedicated Dish Steward to join our team. You will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish area, and restock utensils while supporting a fast-paced dining environment.

The role requires a High School education and prior experience in a similar position. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic hospitality setting with opportunities for growth.

• Previous experience in a similar role required

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned
