Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Dish Steward to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. This role supports our service culture by cleaning and organizing the dish station, maintaining hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen, and assisting with additional duties as needed.

The position is a full-time, tipped-eligible role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
