Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time kitchen/dishwashing helper. The role involves dishwashing, utensil washing, and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen area in a retirement community.

The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work with an interdisciplinary team, and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs. Eligible employees gain access to medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary insurance options, plus 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room reset.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen per cleaning schedules.
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other kitchen-related areas.

Schedule: Part time-varied weekdays, every other weekend (10:30am-7pm)

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen
