This 210-acre outdoor education center, owned and operated by the Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America, is located in Orange, California and accessible through Irvine Regional Park. The Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center (IROEC) features half-day through five-day academic and recreational programming. Our hands-on approach to outdoor education allows participants to explore the outdoors while developing creativity, leadership skills and a respect for the environment.
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition. Washes, cleans, sanitizes, and stores all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used to operate the kitchen and dining room areas. Clean floors, kitchen mats, floor drains, and other duties as assigned.
Part-Time 29 hours or less, per week, based on dining event schedules.
