Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have reliable and punctual attendance.
• Excellent time-management and task-prioritization abilities.
• Read and write English.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Follows daily dish cleaning duties per company policies.
• Inspects work area for supplies and needs on arrival.
• Organizes dish area, sets up racks, refreshes sanitation buckets.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Changes dishwashing and sink water as required and mixes chemicals properly.
• Assists in storing and organizing food deliveries.
• Keeps floors clean and dry during shift.
• Removes full trash cans and boxes at shift end to proper location.
• Assists with cleaning grills, mops floors, and other kitchen areas.
• Assists with food prep and other duties as needed by the chef.
• Supports other food & beverage outlets as business dictates.
