Qualifications

• Must be able to meet physical demands and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixtures and vents in food service areas and assist with heavy lifting.
• Prepare tableware for washing and manage dishwashing setup and operation.
• Clean, sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment daily.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures and provide courteous service.
