Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishwashing station and related areas cleaned and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Carry out light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and food sanitation standards.
