Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils; keep them clean and sanitized.
• Care for the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
