Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Deliver patient trays and late trays accurately and on time.
• Transport meal carts to and from nursing units, keeping carts clean.
• Restock serviceware and monitor sanitation logs and chemical usage.
• Other duties as assigned.
