Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes by hand or machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove garbage.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as needed by business requirements.
