Job summary

Sodexo at MALVERN PREPARATORY SCHOOL is seeking a Dishroom Lead to oversee dishwashing operations, maintain kitchen areas, equipment and utensils, and act as the senior member directing staff within your scope.

You will work Weekdays morning and afternoon/evening shifts, bring 1+ year of related experience, and you must have a valid driver’s license. Sodexo offers a full benefits package including time off, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and meal allowances where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related dishroom or kitchen experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
