Sodexo is hiring a Dishroom Lead at EASTVIEW INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING. This full-time role covers afternoon and evening shifts, with details provided during interview.

You will lead the dishroom team, maintain kitchen areas, equipment and utensils, and provide direction to staff within your scope of responsibility. You'll contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient operation, perform dish washing (manual and machine), sanitation tasks, and help with supplies and meal service support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
