Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishroom Lead at Carroll College to unify the team and drive solutions in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will oversee various kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, and provide direction to staff within your scope.

You will maintain cleanliness, handle dishwashing duties (hand or machine), and ensure timely, reliable attendance. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
