Sodexo is hiring a Dishroom Lead at Tarleton State University. The role focuses on leading a team, maintaining dishroom operations, equipment and utensils, and providing direction to staff within the unit. Open availability is preferred, with varying shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

As the senior team member, you will supervise the dishroom, ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, and support client requirements. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and training.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
