Job summary

Gebhart Holdings is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for our hospitality division. The role involves washing dishes with an automatic machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and restocking for kitchen use during operating hours.

Evening availability is required: 4 PM to 12 AM, Tuesday through Saturday when needed, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position: Dishwasher

Status: Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The dishwasher will be responsible for washing dishes with automatic machine during high volume. They must ensure the plates are cleaned, sanitized and restocked for the kitchen use during operating hours. They will also be responsible for cleaning all kitchen utensils at the end of the night to ensure we meet health code requirements. Part time position – must be able to work evenings 4PM to 12AM Tuesday through Saturday when required. Closed Sunday and Monday.

REPORTS TO: General Manager

SUPERVISES: N/A

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attention to detail
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment
• Washing pots and pans
• Putting away all dishes and glasses
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or General Manager
• Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
