Event Source in Ohio is seeking motivated individuals to join our Warewashing Department. You will wash, sort, inspect, and package glassware, flatware, dishes, and other food service items to meet cleanliness and quality standards.

We offer multiple shifts (7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) and pay of $17–$19 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k after 60 days, plus PTO and referral programs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tow motor and pallet jack experience preferred, but training available.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, sort, inspect, and package inventory (glassware, flatware, dishes, utensils) to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Operate washing and packaging equipment.
• Load and unload items from industrial dish machines and transport to designated areas.
• Accurately count and package items according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dock area by product type and style.
• Identify minor quality flaws and differences in product styles for accurate sorting and packing.
• Use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment as needed in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as requested.

In this role, you’ll help wash, sort, inspect, and package inventory, including glassware, flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, and other food service items, ensuring all items meet company standards for cleanliness, quality, and proper organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet production standards set by the manager.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Perform quality control and inspection checks to ensure items meet company standards for cleanliness and quality.
• Carefully and skillfully operate washing and packaging equipment to properly clean and package items.
• Load and unload products from industrial dish machines and transport them to designated areas for further processing.
• Polish, pack, and wrap cooking utensils, glassware, flatware, and other food service items.
• Accurately count and package items according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, sorted, and organized dock area by separating items according to product type and style.
• Identify minor flaws in quality and differences in product styles to ensure accurate sorting and packaging.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment as needed to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, sort, pack, and place equipment and items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to company standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Work Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• May be exposed to water, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning chemicals.
• Frequent operation of equipment with potential hazards; appropriate safety practices and equipment are required.
• Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

• Multiple shifts available: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Tow motor and pallet jack experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting for up to 12 hours.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments.
• Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.
• Must pass a company background check and drug screen.
