Job summary

Graduate by Hilton State College, part of the Collegiate Hotel Group, is seeking a part-time Dish Steward to join the team in State College, PA. You will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish room, restock supplies, and support the restaurant as needed.

Eligible candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to work flexible hours. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at shift end.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
