Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a PM Dishwasher for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves operating the dishwasher, cleaning and restocking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The position requires ability to work in varying schedules and adhere to health standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
• Some work experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and other cooking utensils; restocks clean glasses, silverware and plates.
• Performs general cleaning to stay in compliance with health department standards.
• Puts away food stock and dry goods, rotates First In, First Out (FIFO).
• Removes trash from all containers and transports to dumpster on loading dock.
• Due to hospitality industry, may work varying schedules to meet business needs.
