Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dynamic Dish Steward to join our team. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.

We offer a respectful, team-oriented workplace with flexible shifts and a benefits package. The position is tipped eligible and requires a High School education with prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish area.
• Operates and monitors dishwashing equipment.
• Supports team with food and kitchen area upkeep.
