Job summary

CMC Hotels in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes, prep areas, and stock in the kitchen, restaurant and banquets. You will operate the dishwasher, wash pots and pans, and help with basic cleaning to support a smooth service.

Responsibilities

Washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using a dishwasher or three‑compartment sink.
Restocks clean glasses, silverware and plates.
Cleans kitchen areas, sweeps and mops floors, and disposes of waste.
Rotates inventory, ensures clean and organized storage of supplies.
Assists with food preparation and plating as needed.
Reports low supplies to supervisor; maintains sanitation and safety standards.
