Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school education and previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes garbage and keeps storage areas organized.
• Breaks down and cleans the dish machine at shift end.
