Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team at an Annapolis location. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean dish area to support restaurant operations.

The role requires high school education with previous experience in a similar position. We offer a tipped environment with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our employee-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
