Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a reliable Dish Machine Operator to join our Back of House team in Tucson. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area and operate the dish machine to keep water temperatures and chemical levels correct.

You will wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes to meet food safety standards, restock wares, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and extensive training are available to help you grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area.
• Operate the dish machine at proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash and keep disposal areas clean.
• Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Keep station clean, organized, and ready for service.
