Responsibilities include maintaining the dish area, testing sanitizer levels, and assisting with general kitchen cleanliness during events, with required flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency reading safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Good communication with team and management.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize pans, utensils, and dishes in the three bay sink.
• Manually wash items not suitable for the dish machine.
• Maintain and sanitize the dish machine area and equipment.
• Document temperatures and sanitizer strength hourly and as needed.
• Help keep dining rooms and service areas clean and organized.
