Job summary

Workstream is hiring Dish Machine Operators (DMO) for IHOP in Turlock, California. DMOs will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours and the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

DMOs will perform sanitation tasks, assist team members, and follow all food safety procedures. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered, along with extensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimal work experience as a dishwasher required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

• Ensure clean dishes are always available.
• Clean kitchen appliances and machines.
• Help team members to unload and store deliveries.
• Assist other staff with tasks when necessary.

Job description

IHOP Dish Machine Operators (DMO) will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware/utensils for the continued smooth operation of the restaurant. IHOP DMOs will also perform assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks. DMO must have good communication skills and work well with others. This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. IHOP DMOs are also required to perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
