• Keep dish room and storage area clean and organized.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate three-compartment sink and clean dishes, pans, and containers.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, storage, and line area floors.
• Open and close dish room per restaurant standards.
• Actively communicate with Leadership Team and other crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during scheduled shifts.
