• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Rinses and arranges soiled dishes, silverware and glassware into washer trays.
• Loads trays into dishwasher and stocks for kitchen personnel and servers.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Monitors food temperatures during hot and cold food handling.
• Performs general maintenance of floors and cleaning duties at end of shift.
