Job summary

Via 313 is seeking a hardworking team member for a dishwashing/back-of-house role in a fast-paced kitchen. You will clean and sanitize dishes so cooks and servers have the supplies they need to prepare mouth-watering Detroit-styled pizza.

Each shift brings different tasks, including wearing multiple hats in the back of house to keep operations smooth and efficient for a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 50 pounds repeatedly as part of daily duties.
• Smaller items must be handled and organized on low and high shelves.
• Work in hot and damp environments typical of a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes so cooks and servers have supplies ready.
• Assist in back-of-house tasks and wear multiple hats as needed.

Every day is different as you work for Via 313. Sometimes, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks and Servers have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering Detroit-styled pizza. Other times, you’ll be wearing many hats in the back of house!
