Job summary

CCS INC is seeking a senior product designer in Plano, TX to lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences. You will partner with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible designs customers trust.

The role requires autonomy, research-grounded decisions, and a track record of craft excellence across cross-functional teams, supported by a strong portfolio of senior-level impact.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of product design experience including ownership of end-to-end initiatives.
• Expert-level Figma, prototyping, and interaction design skills.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color, spacing and attention to detail.
• Experience building and contributing to design systems and leading user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences from discovery through production handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible experiences customers trust.
• Operate with autonomy and ground decisions in research and business outcomes.
• Help set the bar for craft across the team.
• Report to the Manager.

Qualifications
