Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Discovery Project Manager to support our Case Teams nationally. The role involves acting as a consultant for case team members on process and technology issues, deploying litigation support tools, and providing technical and practical support throughout the discovery lifecycle. The position is primarily remote.

Responsibilities
  • Provide litigation application support to case teams.
  • Promote departmental resources and capabilities.
  • Build relationships with firm partners and legal staff.
  • Draft and explain budgets and cost proposals.
  • Train legal support staff on litigation applications and best practices.
  • Design and maintain litigation-specific databases.
  • Identify opportunities for technological efficiencies.
  • Track matter-related information and project progress.
  • Resolve software/hardware issues related to e-discovery.
  • Support vendors and oversee deliverables.
  • Develop quality control procedures.
  • Stay current on litigation support tools and industry standards.
  • Adhere to data confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in e-discovery or litigation support project management.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Relativity certification (RCA, RCU, Analytics) required.
  • Experience with BrainSpace, Trial Director, Opus2 preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics simply.
  • Experience designing efficient review and production workflows.
  • Teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Dependability and professionalism.
Salary

Washington D.C. Only DOE: $125,000 - $150,000
