Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform investigation and collection duties under attorney supervision in support of litigation discovery requests.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, identifying relevant materials for cases.
• Coordinate efforts among client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize evidentiary data and case information according to best records management practices.
• Assist with coordination and management of document productions.

The Discovery Paralegal role involves supporting a national litigation team by managing discovery processes, investigations, and collection efforts. This position contributes to the organization by ensuring effective handling and organization of case-related data, which is essential for responding to litigation discovery requests. The role offers flexible, hybrid or remote work arrangements and can be located in any state where the organization has an office.

3. Responsibilities:

4. Requirements:

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $70,000—$75,000 USD
• Position eligible for discretionary bonuses
