Job summary

MSD is seeking interns for the Future Talent Program in our Research and Development Division. Interns will work on projects within Discovery Immunology, gaining hands-on experience with cell biology and molecular biology techniques including primary and cell line culture, genetic manipulations such as CRISPR, and assay development.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
Must have taken courses covering fundamentals of chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology and/or immunology.

Responsibilities

Study new biology pathways relevant to drug discovery in Discovery Immunology.
Learn and execute key cell biology and molecular biology techniques including culture, genetic manipulations, CRISPR methods, and assays (qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, imaging, flow cytometry).
