Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• One year in a similar healthcare position preferred.
• Current CA Driver’s license is essential.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within three weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients using wheelchairs, gurneys, or beds.
• Use safety equipment to transfer patients between various surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect patient care equipment.
• Assist family members, visitors, and vendors as needed.
• Transport medical records and specimens.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills
