Job summary

Valeo is seeking an Engineering Disciplines professional in the Mechanical organization. The role focuses on creating 3D models, defining concepts, and delivering CAD data that meet ISO standards and Q-Checker requirements.

You will manage product definitions within the PLM system and contribute to design for manufacturing improvements. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of discipline engineering experience in automotive or related industries, with proficiency in Catia V5 and GD&T, and a solid

Qualifications

• Must have Catia V5 experience.
• Knowledge of DFA and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical design calculations.

Responsibilities

KEY COMPETENCES (Transversal/Professional)

• Must have Catia V5 experience
• Good Knowledge of DFA AND Design of components inline with DFM requirements
• Good knowledge on GD&T
• Experience in automotive industry
• Perform basic mechanical design calculations

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2-4 years of experience in Discipline Engineering activities in automotive or relevant industries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
