Redeemer East Side is seeking a Coordinator of Adult Ministry to provide administrative, operational, and logistical leadership for the church's Adult Ministry. You will coordinate Community Groups, Affinity Groups, and Collectives, manage communications and registrations, maintain ministry workflows and databases, and support ministry metrics to help adults grow in discipleship and community life.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• Two or more years of administrative experience in a church, nonprofit, or ministry setting is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with accuracy and consistency
• Effective at managing systems, records, and documentation
• Thorough, accurate, and reliable in juggling multiple priorities while maintaining quality
• Collaborative and supportive team member
• Proven ability to create systems and support teams with excellence
• Strong administrative, operational, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve systems and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relational, hospitable, and collaborative approach to ministry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Planning Center, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, database management, and other online collaboration tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support for Community Groups and related events
• Coordinate communications, registrations, and newsletters
• Manage ministry workflows, databases, and reporting
• Track participation, engagement, and ministry outcomes
• Support Planning Center, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms
• Coordinate catering, food orders, and hospitality for meetings
• Assist ministry leaders with scheduling and material prep
