Job summary

Redeemer East Side is seeking a Coordinator of Adult Ministry to provide administrative leadership for Community Groups, Affinity Groups, and ministry events. You will manage registrations, communications, and databases, ensuring smooth operations for gatherings and programs.

You will work closely with the Director of Community Life and ministry leaders to foster belonging, growth in discipleship, and engaging environments across Adult Ministry, Education, and events, including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years administrative experience in a church, nonprofit, or ministry setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative coordinator for Community Groups.
• Manage communications and registrations for participants and events.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings, meetings, and related events onsite.
• Submit communication requests to support newsletters, social media, and site updates.
• Track participation and ministry outcomes to inform planning.
