Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in MA.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and support patients transferred to the Discharge Lounge from inpatient units, procedural areas, and ambulatory care settings.
• Monitor patients while they await transportation, medications, family pickup, or transfer to another facility.
• Perform ongoing observation of patients within the scope of LPN practice.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate patient transportation and discharge arrangements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and families.
