ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a skilled Restoration Technician to perform mitigation and restoration for residential and commercial properties. The role suits a hands-on professional who works well under pressure, values craftsmanship, and prioritizes customer care during loss events.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, general labor, or skilled trades.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke mitigation.
• Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers).
• Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents.
• Take moisture readings using meters and thermal imaging tools.
• Document job progress with photos and mobile job management software.
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and team members.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency response services.
