Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician in South Dakota to respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage. You will perform extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and set up drying equipment to restore homes and businesses.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be able to work on‑call shifts, and possess strong customer service and teamwork skills. Training and advancement opportunities are offered in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work rotating on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
• Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
• Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedules for emergency response.
