Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and client communication, working closely with a Construction Superintendent to ensure high-quality results and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring restoration/construction PM experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and a passion for helping clients rebuild after fires, floods, or disasters.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites.
• Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship-building, sales, and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping others.

You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards.

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent
