Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification is a plus.
• Heavy restoration project knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on project to ensure projects are running smoothly.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters updated on all project activities and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure service quality remains at the highest standard.
• Set budgets on projects to ensure profitability.
• Oversee project from start to finish within budget.
• Develop Site Safety Plans and coordinate with Field Supervisor and labor.
• Manage subcontractor draws, permits, and required paperwork.
• Keep clients and adjusters informed to promote good customer service.
• Ensure proper contracts and forms are in project files.
